Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your reservation and stay at Adam's Airport Inn, located at 2721 Bank Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1T 1L8, Canada. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

Reservations may be made through our website, by telephone at 1-800-261-5835, or through authorized third-party booking platforms. Rates and availability may vary by booking channel.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation will result in a charge equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes. The remainder of the reservation may be cancelled.
• Modifications: Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in a rate change.

Cancellation policies for special rates, group bookings, or promotional offers may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact the front desk in advance. Additional charges may apply for late check-out beyond 11:00 AM.

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Rates and Payment

All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes, including the Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13% and the Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of 6%.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit card, and cash. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in to cover the cost of the stay plus a reasonable amount for incidentals. The hold will be released upon check-out, subject to your financial institution's processing times.

Rates displayed on our website represent the best available rate for direct bookings. Third-party rates may differ.

5. Parking

Complimentary parking for up to 14 consecutive days is provided exclusively for guests who book directly through our website or by phone. Guests who book through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) are subject to a daily parking fee of $15.00 plus applicable taxes.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in our designated parking areas. Adam's Airport Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any vehicle or its contents while parked on hotel property. Vehicles left beyond the complimentary parking period may be subject to additional charges or removal.

6. Breakfast

A complimentary hot breakfast is included with every reservation. Breakfast is served daily; hours of service are posted at the front desk and are subject to change. Adam's Airport Inn reserves the right to modify the breakfast menu and service times without notice.

7. Property Rules

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests:

• Non-Smoking: Adam's Airport Inn is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaporizers, is prohibited in all guest rooms, common areas, and within 9 metres of building entrances. A cleaning fee of $250.00 CAD will be applied for violations.
• Noise: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level at all times, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property, with the exception of certified service animals.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Visitors: Non-registered visitors must depart by 11:00 PM. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
• Maximum Occupancy: Guest rooms must not exceed the posted maximum occupancy.

8. Liability

Adam's Airport Inn shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms or common areas. A safe is available at the front desk for the storage of valuables.

The hotel shall not be liable for interruptions to services (including but not limited to Wi-Fi, television, heating, or air conditioning) caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, natural disasters, or equipment failure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adam's Airport Inn's total liability for any claim arising from your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

Adam's Airport Inn reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
